Okay~ 5-Miler tips. I actually like this dis...Nice! Okay~ 5-Miler tips. I actually like this distance. Its short enough that you can go fast, but also pace yourself a little. I like to give myself a 15 second window to stay between for each of the miles. Basically pick a range somewhere between your 5k and 10k average pace. Maybe shoot for 6:45-7?
